each water, each second, under each light will go at each other to produce an unique moment


To photograph is to play with light, the most ubiquous form of energy in the whole universe (by the way, I mean this literally).

To photograph in the water is, perhaps, one of my favorite acts even when the only subject is the play of light in the water. It is a subject of unending variation – each water, each second, under each light will go at each other to produce an unique moment that won’t probably be repeated even at a cosmic scale.

Of these, my absolute favorites happen at the edges of the day, during twilight or dawn, when the proportions of light and darkness defined by the disparity of densities get almost overturned – like in this photo. Those moments always bring to mind Magritte
